Melanie Manoach

Melanie Manoach has extensive experience in labor and employee relations, currently serving as the Manager of the Labor & Employee Relations Department at National Grid since January 2017. In this role, responsibilities include representing the company in negotiations and ensuring compliance with laws related to employee discipline. Prior to this, Melanie was the Manager of Labor Relations at the Massachusetts Port Authority, providing guidance on collective bargaining agreements and union-related matters from July 2011 to January 2017. Additional experience includes roles as an Attorney Advisor at the Social Security Administration, Labor and Employment Counsel at the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, and a Legal Intern at the Massachusetts Port Authority. Melanie holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
