Ozan Baskan

Ozan Baskan has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Acting Director of Network Control Modernization at National Grid since April 2016. Previous roles at National Grid include Manager of Advanced Distribution Management Systems, Chief of Staff to the COO of US Electric, and Lead Engineer in Distribution Planning & Field Engineering. Ozan gained additional experience as Engineering & Design Manager at Kesir Engineering, focusing on hydroelectric and renewable energy project design, and as Manager of Operations and Electrical Engineer at Etken Elektrik Üretim, overseeing operations at hydroelectric power plants. Ozan's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Manning School of Business, UMass Lowell, a Master of Science in Power Systems Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
