Francis M. Mcginn

Francis McGinn has a solid background in law enforcement, with experience in various roles such as Trooper, Sergeant, Captain, Major, and Major General in the Army National Guard. Currently serving as President and CEO at the National Guard Association of the United States, Francis provides strategic leadership to shape the future of the National Guard. Prior to this, Francis held positions at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and the Massachusetts State Police, where Francis specialized in aviation security, criminal investigations, and leadership roles. McGinn holds a Master's degree in Strategic Studies and has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
