Jim Jenkins

Jim Jenkins has extensive experience in the gypsum industry. Jim started their career as a Regional Manager at GP Gypsum LLC, where they were responsible for driving continuous improvement in various areas including employee health and safety, quality, efficiency, costs, and employee development. Jim later became the Division Manager of Operations Excellence at the same company.

In 2011, Jim joined Cabot Gypsum Company as a Plant Manager, where they successfully started and led accident-free operations for over three years. Jim also developed tools, systems, practices, and policies to drive human relations, accounting, environmental, health and safety, quality, productivity, and reliability results.

In 2009, Jim founded Gypsum Excellence Consulting Inc, where they used their manufacturing and leadership experience to assess operations, turn around problem operations, and assist with equipment and technology selection and layout. Jim also provided unique problem-solving and troubleshooting experience to consulting relationships with various companies worldwide.
