Luka B. is an experienced Data & Evaluation Manager currently working with the National Harm Reduction Coalition. They also serve as the Interim Data and Evaluation Manager for CHRI and provide evaluation and analysis for the California Harm Reduction Initiative. Luka B. founded Trace Residue, a research program aimed at transforming traditional frameworks opposing the War on Drugs. They have experience in content development, copy editing, GIS, and data analysis across various organizations. With a background in field research, Luka B. brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles.
