Chad Monk has a diverse work experience that demonstrates their commitment to improving community health and addressing health disparities. Chad started their career at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center as a Community Health Associate II, where they conducted health education classes in vulnerable communities. Later, they joined the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles as the Regional Director of the Diabetes Prevention Program, implementing evidence-based programs to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. Chad then transitioned to the National Health Foundation, where they served as a Program Manager and Senior Program Manager, overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of various programs. Chad eventually became the Director of Community Initiatives, leading initiatives that address health disparities through research, organizing, and direct services. Currently, Chad serves as the Senior Vice President of Programs & Public Policy at the National Health Foundation, where they work closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to expand programs and partnerships, ensuring compliance and driving community impact.

Chad Monk's education history starts in 2006 when they attended Mt. San Jacinto College. However, no degree or field of study is provided for this time period.
