Michelle Kelly

SVP, Investments at National Health Investors

Michelle Kelly is the Senior Vice President of Investments at National Health Investors. Michelle has over eighteen years of experience in the financial services industry.

Kelly began their career as an Associate at Heller Financial. Michelle then spent ten years at GE Healthcare Financial Services, where they eventually became Vice President and Team Leader. In 2011, Kelly joined Welltower Inc. as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and analyzing new investment opportunities in the western part of the United States. Michelle also led the relationship management for several of Welltower's existing operator relationships. In 2017, Kelly took on the additional role of leading the Welltower Collaborative, which brings operating partners together to share best practices and identify potential collaboration opportunities to increase the value of Welltower's portfolio.

Kelly's experience in business development and asset management has made their a valuable asset to National Health Investors. Michelle is currently responsible for identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities for the company.

Michelle Kelly received their BS in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Michelle also attended Lake Forest High School.

Their manager is Eric Mendelsohn, President & CEO. They are on a team with David Travis - Chief Accounting Officer, Kevin Pascoe - Chief Investment Officer, and Kristin S. Gaines - Chief Credit Officer.
