Alisha Love

Alisha Love currently serves as the Director of Student Experience at University Prep Schools since July 2021 and has also held the position of Assistant Principal. Prior experience includes serving as the Dean of Students for 3rd-8th grade at National Heritage Academies from July 2014 to June 2021, and as a 4th Grade Teacher and Choir Director at the same institution from August 2009 to June 2012. Alisha began the educational career at Wayne State University as a Teacher and Mentor from August 2007 to June 2009. Alisha is pursuing a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Spring Arbor University and previously earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, as well as a degree in Elementary Education from Wayne State University. Key qualifications include the ability to engage students through a variety of teaching methods and individualized instruction based on learning modalities.
