Previously, at companies like Elemance, LLC and the Center for Injury Biomechanics, Berkan worked on improving human body models for various applications including vehicle safety testing. Their expertise also extends to founding a technology start-up, conducting graduate research, and contributing to academic institutions like City College of New York and Stony Brook University.
