Garry Brock Jr.

Garry B. is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in mechanical and biomechanical engineering. Currently serving as a General Engineer at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration since June 2022, Garry previously worked as a Biomechanical Engineer at CED Technologies, Inc., from December 2014 to April 2022, where responsibilities included conducting forensic analyses, developing test procedures, and providing court testimony. Earlier experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at Cornell University and the University of Maryland, focusing on mechanical properties of biological tissue and reliability of electronic components. Garry holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, complemented by an MS from the University of Maryland and a BS in Engineering Physics from Elizabethtown College.
