Donald Kresal

Donald Kresal is an experienced UNIX Systems Administrator with a robust background in deploying and maintaining both physical and virtual UNIX hosts across multiple operating systems, including Solaris, CentOS, and Redhat. Kresal currently holds the position of UNIX Administrator at the National Hockey League since March 2013. Prior roles include Lead UNIX Administrator at The Washington Post, Senior UNIX Administrator at SRA International, and positions at LCC, SAIC, and GE, where responsibilities ranged from managing servers to development and implementation of shell scripts. Kresal began a career in technology as an Electronics Technician First Class in the US Navy, focusing on sophisticated communication and data systems. Education was completed at Northern Virginia Community College.
