Ali Ghulam Murtaza

Ali Ghulam Murtaza is an accomplished professional in the fields of real estate investment and strategy, currently serving as the General Manager of Real Estate Investment at the National Housing Company since November 2024. Previously held the position of Director of Investment Strategy & Transaction Management at Diriyah Company, focusing on private capital and investment strategies. Ali's extensive experience includes roles such as Executive Director at the Bahrain Economic Development Board, where responsibilities encompassed co-investment opportunities in real estate and tourism, and leadership positions at Muroona Investments and Siyaha International, overseeing various investment and project development initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, along with a bachelor's degree in Finance from George Mason University and an associate degree in Business Administration from the University of Bahrain. Additionally, Ali has contributed to the Urban Land Institute as a GCC Committee Member and has served as an Executive Board Member at Bahrain Car Parks Company.
