Maal Mary Parker

Mary Parker, MAAL, currently serves as Public Affairs Manager at the National Indian Gaming Commission, having held various roles including Management and Program Analyst and Instructional System Specialist since August 2018. Previous experience includes serving as Regulatory Compliance Trainer at Cherokee Nation Entertainment, where responsibilities involved instructional design for online and facilitator-led training. Mary also held the position of V.P. of Special Interest Groups at the Association for Talent Development from January 2015 to April 2017 and was a Talent Development Specialist for Cherokee Nation, facilitating training for new employees. Additionally, Mary began a career as an Administrative Assistant at Cherokee Nation Entertainment. Mary Parker is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Instructional Design and Technology at Sam Houston State University, having previously earned a Master's in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northeastern State University.
