Danielle Ward Mahri

Danielle Ward MAHRI currently serves as the Acting Director of the Organisational Design Project and Change Management Adviser at the National Indigenous Australians Agency, with previous extensive experience at the Australian Taxation Office. Notable achievements include the establishment of an Enterprise Change Management Workforce Plan aimed at enhancing the ATO’s change management capabilities, and the development of the ATO’s first operational workforce and succession plans for data and analytics. Danielle has also held various roles in human resource management and development, including advising on workforce supply, talent management, and career development, alongside earlier experience as a recruitment advisor and undergraduate accountant. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Accounting from Queensland University of Technology, and has completed postgraduate qualifications in Career Development and Adult Education.
