Mandi Kucera's work experience begins in 2004 at Jaguar Manufacturing, where they worked as a Human Resources Administrator until 2005. In 2006, they joined Central Electric Cooperative, Inc. and held various roles including CSR Grade Level A, CSR Grade Level B, CSR Grade Level C, and AMI Specialist/Senior CSR. In 2019, they joined NISC as a Support Specialist and later progressed to roles such as CC&B Support Consultant, CC&B Support Analyst, and currently serves as the Team Lead Quality Engineering Billing & Payments.
