Natalie Russell

Natalie Russell is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in quality assurance and operational support. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist at NISC since June 2021, Natalie previously worked at Central Electric Cooperative in multiple roles, including Meter Serviceman and Operations Assistant, contributing to various committees and programs. Earlier experience includes positions as a waitress at Allegheny Grille and AJ's Dairyland, where responsibilities encompassed customer satisfaction and staff management. Additionally, Natalie held several roles at PSECU, culminating as a Business Manager at the Clarion University eCenter, focusing on member support and financial literacy. Natalie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management from PennWest California and pursued further education at the Manufacturer & Business Association.
