Brenda Maniraguha is currently employed as a Project Manager at National Information Technology Authority-Uganda, overseeing projects such as the National Digital Authentication and Electronic Signatures Project (UGPass) and the Digital Government Strategy. Brenda previously worked as a System Analyst at Spedag Interfreight East Africa Ltd., where Brenda was involved in various technical advisory roles for government systems. Their extensive experience also includes roles as a Database Administrator and IT Operations Administrator at different companies. Brenda holds a Professional Graduate Diploma in IT from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.

Under the general supervision of the Ministry of ICT & National Guidance, NITA-U focuses on enabling Government-wide efficiency and transforming citizens’ lives through e-Services delivery.
