Patrick Okoth is a skilled Project Manager with experience in the telecommunications industry. Patrick started their career at MTN as a Radio & Transmission Engineer and later moved on to NITA-U as a Project Manager for Government Networks-Connectivity. Patrick successfully delivered a complex infrastructure project under the RCIP program, extending last-mile optic fiber-based connections to over 700 agencies across the country. With a Master's in ICT Policy Planning Management & Architectural Design, a PRINCE2 certification, and ongoing MBA studies in Strategic Planning and Management, Patrick is well-equipped to lead and manage projects effectively.

The National Information Technology Authority, Uganda (NITA-U) is an autonomous statutory body established under the NITA-U Act of 2009 coordinate, promote and monitor Information Technology(IT) developments in Uganda within the context of National Social and Economic development. Under the general supervision of the Ministry of ICT & National Guidance, NITA-U focuses on enabling Government-wide efficiency and transforming citizens’ lives through e-Services delivery.
