Emer Norton has held various marketing and management roles across multiple companies, currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Manager at NIBRT National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training since January 2022. Previously, Emer held the position of Marketing Manager at Bulgarian Developments, an international property development firm, from January 2019 to January 2022. Between January 2009 and January 2022, Emer was the Director at The Marketing Pod, a full-service marketing agency specializing in web design and online marketing. Other roles include Director of a self-employed venture from 2009 to January 2022 and European Sales Manager at Haptica from 2003 to 2006, where responsibilities included managing the sales and promotion of the ProMIS surgical training simulator in Europe. Emer also worked in global digital technologies at Mezzo Business Databases & IncNet from January 2001 to February 2003.
