Stacey Chang-Douglass

Stacey Chang-Douglass is an accomplished health economist currently serving as the Head of Health Economics at Clarivate since August 2024. In addition, Stacey holds a position as a Member (Health Economist) on the Medical Technologies Advisory Committee at NICE since July 2022. Previous roles include contributions as a Research Scientist in Modelling & Simulation at Evidera and Director of the Health Economics Analysis team at both Lumanity and BresMed. Stacey has extensive experience at Parexel as a Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant in Health Economic Modelling, and as a Senior Technical Analyst at NICE. Early career experience includes roles as a Senior Health Economist at DRG Abacus and Symmetron Limited, as well as a Research Fellow at the University of York. Stacey holds a PhD in Health Sciences from the University of York and an MSc in International Health Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
