Kristina Lugo has extensive work experience in various roles at different organizations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People and Operations at the National Institute for Reproductive Health/NIRH Action Fund since February 2023. Kristina Lugo began their formal education in 2011 at Lincoln Culinary Institute where they pursued studies in an unspecified field, but did not obtain a degree. In 2020, they enrolled at Monroe Community College and is expected to graduate in 2024 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General.
