Andy Golden

Senior Investigator at National Institutes of Health

Andy Golden is a highly experienced Senior Investigator at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), a position held since January 2000. Prior to this role, Andy served as an ambassador for The SADS Foundation from 2010 to 2015 and worked as a Program Fellow at NCI-Frederick from 1994 to 1999. Andy's academic journey began at Muhlenberg College, where a Bachelor of Science in Biology was obtained, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Microbiology from SUNY Stony Brook. Additionally, a post-doctoral fellowship at the California Institute of Technology provided valuable insights into the genetic system of C. elegans.
