Clau González

Clau González, PhD, possesses extensive experience in workforce transformation and organizational culture, currently leading initiatives in the Analytics, People & Culture division at The National Institutes of Health since January 2016. This role involves strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and enhancing employee experiences for a $3 billion research institute.
