Mitzi Kosciulek

Mitzi Kosciulek is an experienced professional with a proven track record in recruitment, grants management, and counseling. Currently serving as Branch Chief for the Corporate Recruitment Unit at the National Institutes of Health since October 2019, Mitzi leads strategic recruitment initiatives, advises senior management on policies to enhance workforce diversity, and develops innovative outreach strategies. Previously, as Team Lead at NIH from October 2013 to October 2019, Mitzi focused on fostering a diverse workforce through collaborative partnerships and talent acquisition strategies. Mitzi's earlier roles include managing grants at the National Institutes of General Medical Sciences and providing counseling services in Montgomery County Public Schools. Mitzi holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Employee Relations from Michigan State University.
