Zina A.

Zina A. currently serves as Section Chief at the National Institutes of Health, having begun this role in May 2024. Prior to this position, Zina was Chief of Workforce Strategy and Planning at ARPA-H, where leadership involved workforce management and enhancing organizational performance from July 2022 to May 2024. Zina's extensive experience includes serving as an HR Specialist at the National Institutes of Health from October 2011 to November 2022, focusing on HR Information Systems and analytics. Zina has held various leadership roles in professional organizations, including being a board member for the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources and the Carpe Diem Project, Inc., contributing to workforce-related initiatives and community outreach.
