David Cheney

David Cheney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consultancy and intelligence analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Management Consultant at Redhorse Corporation since October 2015, David has also provided consulting services at the National Interest Security Company and its affiliates since 2007. Previous roles include Senior Management Consultant at IBM and various intelligence analyst positions within the Department of Defense and U.S. Navy, where David contributed to defense strategy and multinational exercises. Holding multiple degrees in Strategic Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College and National Defense Intelligence College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marine Sciences from the University of South Carolina, David possesses a strong educational foundation to support a distinguished career in defense and intelligence.
