Shana Borger

Camp Invention Instructor & Camp Invention Director at National Inventors Hall of Fame

Shana Borger has a diverse work experience. Shana began their career as a Music Educator at St. Marys City Schools in 1992. Shana then worked as an Assistant Instructor at the Young Scholars Program from 1990 to 1992. In 1991, they became a Music Educator at Columbus City Schools.

In 2013, Shana served as a Judge for the Ohio State Fair Talent Show, representing the Girl Scouts of the USA.

From 2016 to the present, they have been working as a Short Term/Long Term Substitute Teacher in the field of Education.

In 2017, Shana joined the National Inventors Hall of Fame as a Camp Invention Instructor and later as a Camp Invention Director. In this role, they led hands-on, inquiry-based activities to promote creative problem solving among children in grades 1-6.

Lastly, since July 2020, Shana has been working as a Cake Decorator at Meijer.

Shana Borger attended The Ohio State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music Teacher Education. The duration of their studies at this institution is unknown.
