Raghavendra Padala

Raghavendra Padala is an experienced professional specializing in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, currently serving as Associate Vice President-ESG at the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) since September 2022. Prior to this role, Raghavendra worked as a Senior Consultant in Sustainability at dss+ and held various key positions at Phelan Energy Group, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy, and Sembcorp Energy India Limited, focusing on HSE and ESG management. Raghavendra began a career as an Assistant Engineer-HSE at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. Raghavendra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad and a Diploma in Industrial Safety Technology from the State Board of Technical Education and Training in Andhra Pradesh, complemented by training from Dale Carnegie.
