Jamie Gray, MS, CVA, CSHIP, currently serves as the Director of Volunteer Engagement at the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care, where responsibilities include developing programs to recruit, onboard, and integrate volunteers into organizational boards and committees while fostering a supportive training system. Prior experience includes a role as Volunteer Engagement Specialist at the Project Management Institute, focusing on recruitment, retention, and recognition of global volunteers, as well as positions at Biogen Idec, DDCworks, Event 360, and Susan G.
