Shaun Taft

Shaun Taft is an experienced program specialist with a strong background in social services and community management. Currently serving at the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan since March 2018, Shaun developed "Finding Your Way, A Roadmap to Social Systems," enhancing basic needs navigation in Michigan. Previous roles include project coordinator at Macomb Family Services, where Shaun implemented agency-wide process improvements, and SIF Scaling and Replication Manager at United Way for Southeastern Michigan, overseeing the scaling of early childhood programming. Shaun has held leadership positions at multiple agencies, spearheading collaborative initiatives to enhance systems of care and addressing barriers to self-sufficiency. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and advanced degrees in management and marketing.
