Elizabeth Montgomery is the National Vice President of Learning Strategies and Population Health Programs at the National Kidney Foundation. Elizabeth has over fifteen years of experience in management consulting, specializing in strategy, change management, and team-building coaching.

Montgomery began their career as a Director of Strategy and Strategic Accounts at WE MOVE, an organization that provides services to people with disabilities. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing a variety of programs designed to improve the quality of life for residents. One such program was an organizational change management program that increased communication between residents and staff, resulting in a 40% decrease in reported symptoms of depression.

In 2012, Montgomery joined Corporate Performance Consultants as a Senior Management Consultant. During their four years with the company, they worked with clients in a variety of industries on projects such as organizational assessment, strategic planning, and change management. Highlights of their time at Corporate Performance Consultants include leading the development of a three-year strategic plan for a $40 million provider of services to the developmentally disabled community, and conceptualizing and implementing an organizational change management program that increased communication between residents and staff.

Montgomery joined the National Kidney Foundation in 2016 as the Vice President of Learning Strategies and Primary Care Programs. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs for health care professionals.

Elizabeth Montgomery earned their Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies/Communication from SUNY Empire State College.
