Todd Akridge

Todd Akridge is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various roles across the industry. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer at National Land Realty since October 2022, Todd has also held positions at Americana Real Estate & Auctions LLC and F.A.R.M. Appraisals LLC as an Appraiser, Auctioneer, and Real Estate Broker since May 2021 and May 2020, respectively. Prior experience includes working as an Auction Marketing Specialist at J. P. King Auction Company from May 2017 to November 2021 and as an Auctioneer at Farm & Home Realty and Auction from December 2012 to May 2017. Todd earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Campbellsville University, where studies were completed between 1993 and 1998.
