Olga Kozlova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program coordination and member services within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as a Senior Program Specialist for Health & Wellness and previously for Member Services & Engagement at the National League of Cities since May 2017, Olga has demonstrated expertise in research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Prior roles include External Relations Coordinator at the International Law Students Association and Women's Leadership Program Intern at the American Council on Education, where foundational skills in program support and external relations were developed. Olga also holds a Master's of Public Management from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University.
