Claudia Romero Prestine

Claudia Romero Prestine has a robust background in leadership and project management, currently serving as Chapter President and previously as Vice President for the National League Of Young Men, Inc. (NLYM) since June 2022. Claudia's professional experience includes significant roles at HP as Lead Project Manager, where a centralized hub for back office processing in a $300M Latin American financing business was designed and implemented. In addition, Claudia contributed as Market Intelligence Manager at Procter & Gamble, where the first competitive intelligence system for the Colombian market was established. As an Equity Analyst at Barings, Claudia conducted market analyses in Colombia and Peru, helping the Peruvian operation become the firm's most successful start-up. Claudia’s earlier role as Project Specialist at CIAT involved establishing a Project Support Office for multimillion-dollar projects. Claudia holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in International Relations from Wellesley College.
