Chantal Cousins

Chantal Cousins is an experienced library and information management professional currently serving as the Manager of Research and Information at the National Library of Jamaica since May 2019. Prior to this role, Chantal held various positions at the Jamaica Library Service, including acting Senior Librarian and Rural Development Librarian, and worked at several educational institutions as a librarian and teacher librarian. Chantal's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Public History & Caribbean Heritage from The University of the West Indies, along with multiple certifications in social media marketing and events planning. Chantal's expertise combines a solid foundation in library science with a focus on research and community development.
