Oliver Madukwe

Oliver Madukwe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resource management and administrative roles. Currently serving as Assistant Director - HRM at the National Lottery Regulatory Commission since January 2017, Oliver has held various significant positions within the commission, including Deputy Coordinator and CAO in multiple areas such as Administration/Finance and Compliance Enforcement since September 2012. Prior to these roles, Oliver was a Projects Manager at Madson Engineering Services from January 2003 to August 2012 and a Business Development Manager at J. Eke Investment Company from January 1996 to December 2002. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science with a bias in Geography from Imo State University Okigwe (now ABSU), earned between 1987 and 1991.
