Mary Helen Palomo is currently working as the Director of Talent and Culture at National Lutheran Communities & Services since December 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Pressley Ridge from February 2005 to December 2021.
Mary Helen Palomo has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Frostburg State University. Mary Helen also holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Hagerstown Community College. In addition to their degrees, Mary Helen Palomo has obtained several certifications. In 2006, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. Furthermore, in 2015, they received the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
