Cathy McCann

Cathy McCann has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as a Mediator at the National Mediation Board since June 2015, where mediation and facilitation services are provided to labor and management within the airline and railroad industries. Prior roles include serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CHC Helicopter and Global VP HR, Labor Relations Executive at Human Resources and Labor Relations Consulting. From 1997 to 2014, Cathy held various positions at American Eagle Airlines, including VP People and Vice President Labor Relations, specializing in managing relationships between union and non-union workforces and facilitating grievance resolutions. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of North Texas.
