Dr. Mousumi Gharai

Dr. Mousumi Gharai is a dedicated scientist currently working at the National Metallurgical Laboratory since August 2022. Prior to this role, Dr. Gharai served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mineral Engineering at Government College of Engineering, Keonjhar for a brief period in July to August 2022, and worked as a Research Associate at Tata Steel from July 2019 to July 2021 in the R&D (FAM) division. Dr. Gharai holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mineral Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, achieved in 2020, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mineral Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Keonjhar, completed in 2013. Additionally, Dr. Gharai completed schooling at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) from 2002 to 2009.
