Swati Pramanik

Swati Pramanik is an experienced researcher in the field of chemical engineering, currently serving as a CSIR-Senior Research Fellow at the National Metallurgical Laboratory since June 2018. Prior to this role, Swati worked as a Project Associate at the same laboratory from July 2012 to June 2017, where responsibilities included leading a team and collaborating on various projects for different companies. Swati’s professional experience also includes a brief tenure in Industrial Ecology at TRL KROSAKI Refractories Limited in late 2011. In terms of education, Swati obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela in 2023, following a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from CVRaman College of Engineering, BBSR, in 2011, and a Higher Secondary degree in Bio-Science from BEM School, completed in 2006.
