Dr. Stacey Wayman, EdD, currently serves as the Manager of Client Digital Experience at the National Mortgage Insurance Corporation since December 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Training Manager at XINNIX, The Mortgage Academy, and AVP/Retail District Manager at Fifth Third Bank, as well as positions at Bank of America and American General Finance. Dr. Wayman holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution. Additionally, Dr. Wayman has completed professional certificates in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Inclusive and Ethical Leadership from the University of South Florida.
