Debbie Thomas-Hoeller

Debbie Thomas-Hoeller has held various roles in HR, starting as a Personnel Officer at FP Hurleys Ltd in 2003. Debbie moved on to roles such as HR Assistant at Kier Group, HR Advisor at Moog Inc., HR Administrator at Mitie Waste, and HR Advisor Shared Service at Morgan Sindall. From 2011 to 2016, they served as a Human Resources Manager/HRBP at DestinationSkin Group Ltd. Debbie then transitioned to HR Business Partner at Oak Furniture Land and Employee Relations Specialist at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Since 2017, they have been the Group Human Resources Director at National Milk Records PLC.

Debbie Thomas-Hoeller completed their GCSEs at Porthcawl Comprehensive School from 1998 to 2003. Debbie then pursued A2 and AS Levels in Business, IT, and English Literature at St Clares Grammar School from 2003 to 2005. Debbie went on to earn a BA Honors degree in Business & HRM from the University of the West of England between 2007 and 2009. In 2014, they furthered their education with a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management at Swindon New College, completing it in 2015. Additionally, Debbie obtained a CIPD certification in Human Resources.
