Jose Turkienicz

Chairman at National Minority Supplier Development Council

Jose Turkienicz is the current Chairman at National Minority Supplier Development Council. Prior to that, they were Head of Global Procurement at Aramark from January 2014 to October 2017. Before Aramark, Jose was with Campbell Soup Company from January 2008 to December 2013 as Vice President, Global Procurement, responsible for global commodity risk management and global ingredients and packaging purchasing. Jose also drove strategic change programs (Global Procurement Transformation, Low Cost Country Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Strategic Sourcing) as well as being the global lead for the development and implementation of best practice work processes across Procurement and across interfaces with other business functions. From January 1994 to December 2008, Jose held various roles at Mars in Europe, LATAM, and the USA.

Turkienicz began their educational career at Colégio Israelita. Jose then went on to study business administration at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, where they earned their bachelor's degree. Turkienicz has also completed executive programs at Wharton Executive Education and IESE Business School. In addition, they have received certifications from ISM in C.P.M. - Certified Purchasing Manager and APICS in CSCP - Certified Supply Chain Professional.
