Pauline Gebon

Pauline Gebon serves as the Vice President of Member Success at the National Minority Supplier Development Council since March 2020, focusing on advancing economic equity for NMSDC certified minority businesses. Prior to this role, Pauline was the Global Head of Supplier Inclusion and Development at MetLife from May 2014 to March 2022, and held the position of Vice President of Supplier Diversity at Adecco from 1992 to March 2014, where responsibilities included developing supplier diversity strategies, business development processes, and overseeing compliance and reporting. Pauline's career at Adecco also included serving as Director of National Accounts Development, where leadership spanned teams in pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities. Pauline's early career included a role as Supervisor of Account Reconciliation at Prudential Bache Securities from 1985 to 1989.
