Bilal Agha has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Bilal started their career at Actional Corporation as a Software Sales Engineer, where they worked closely with prospects and customers in pre-sales and post-sales situations. Bilal then joined Safat - BEA as a Senior Solutions Architect before moving to Zain Kuwait, where they held various roles including Business Solutions Team Leader and B2B Marketing Sr. Manager. In 2012, they joined Ooredoo Kuwait as a B2B Marketing Director and later became the B2C Postpaid Marketing Senior Director. Throughout their career, Bilal has demonstrated expertise in marketing, sales, and leadership roles within the telecommunications sector.
Bilal Agha completed an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from HEC Paris in 2013. In the same year, they also pursued an Executive MBA in Innovative Management and Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with an Information System Option from Concordia University between 1997 and 2000. Bilal Agha has also obtained several certifications in negotiation, strategic planning, business development, and global strategy from LinkedIn in 2023.
