Deanita Davis

Deanita Davis has a strong background in meeting planning and management. Deanita has worked at the National Multifamily Housing Council since 2008, starting as a Manager of Meetings before being promoted to Assistant Director of Meetings and then Director of Meetings. In 2018, they became Vice President of Meetings. Prior to joining the National Multifamily Housing Council, Davis was the Conference Director at Sister Cities International from 2006 to 2008. Deanita also worked as a Meeting Planner at the Direct Marketing Association from 2004 to 2006.

Deanita Davis has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communications from American University. Deanita also holds a Master of Tourism Administration degree with a focus on Tourism Administration & Events Management from The George Washington University. In addition to their degrees, they obtained their Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Events Industry Council in January 2006.
