Neisha Fredericks

Neisha Fredericks, PMP, CPC has a diverse and extensive work experience. Neisha has held various roles in different organizations throughout their career.

Starting from 1998, Neisha worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at NCM Capital until 2000. From 2001 to 2001, they served as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Reichhold. Neisha then worked as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Duff & Phelps, LLC from 2002 to 2003.

In 2003, Neisha joined Office Depot as an Executive Assistant until 2006. During this time, they gained experience in managing operational activities and streamlining processes.

Neisha joined AICPA in 2006 and held multiple roles within the organization until 2016. Neisha started as an Executive Assistant and later became an Operations Manager for The International Innovation Network. Neisha also served as a Manager for Diversity and Inclusion, leading the design and implementation of diversity initiatives.

From 2016 to 2021, Neisha joined Red Hat where they held several positions. Neisha worked as a Project Portfolio Manager, Global Program Manager for Sales Manager Development, and later as an Operations Manager and Allyship Consultant in the Open Source Program Office. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in project management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and operational effectiveness.

Currently, Neisha is the Vice President - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the National MS Society, a position they assumed in 2021.

Overall, Neisha Fredericks has a strong background in diversity and inclusion, project management, and operational management, with significant experience in supporting executives and leading strategic initiatives.

Neisha Fredericks, PMP, CPC holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Baker College of Flint. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, Change Management from Prosci in 2018, Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in 2015, Certified Everything DiSC Trainer from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in 2015, Certified Professional Coach from Fowler Wainwright International in 2013, and a Certificate of Completion in The Effective Facilitator: Maximizing Involvement from the American Management Association in 2010. Neisha has also obtained a Certified Professional Coach certification from Strategic Learning Alliance.
