Jeff Vanhaitsma

Jeff VanHaitsma currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at National Nail since April 2024. Previously, Jeff held multiple leadership roles at Meritage Hospitality Group, including Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Organizational Development, from October 2014 to June 2024. Prior to this, Jeff worked at Amway as a Lead Human Resources Consultant for North America, focusing on Sales and Marketing from October 2008 to October 2014. Jeff’s experience also includes roles in corporate training and learning at Family Christian Stores, Herman Miller, and Miller SQA, where responsibilities encompassed instructional design, facilitation, and training. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Business from Calvin University, earned in 1997.
