The Leadership Team at the National Notary Association is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, overseeing operations, and ensuring alignment with the Association’s mission to educate, serve, and advocate for the nation’s Notaries. This team of executives from various departments—including Human Resources, Product Management, Government Affairs, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Care, and Communications—works collaboratively to drive initiatives, develop professional programs, and implement technology advancements, thereby enhancing the effectiveness and professionalism of American Notaries.
