Lisa Barham

Lisa Barham is an experienced professional currently serving as a Foster Parent Recruiter at SAFY of America, where responsibilities include recruiting and training new foster parents, community outreach, local networking, and event planning since March 2017. Lisa has also been a self-published author of teen fiction and Judeo-Christian teen fiction under the pen name Anna York since January 2012. As the owner of Ugly Babies, established in 2004, Lisa created unique dolls for charity fundraising, leaving the venture due to burnout after several years. Additionally, Lisa has contributed to the writing community as a Municipal Liaison for National Novel Writing Month since November 2013, fostering collaboration among novelists. Academically, Lisa holds a Ph.D. in School Psychology and a Master's in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor's in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
